• A 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at a residence in the N9000 block of Rimrock Road. Police responded to an open 911 call in which they could hear a man screaming at his wife and child.

• A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody for drug possession at 9:58 a.m. Jan. 16 at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 23-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 1:43 a.m. Jan. 18 at McDonald’s, N96 W17512 County Line Rd., after being combative with drive-through employees.
• A 25-year-old man was arrested operating while intoxicated-second offense at 10:36 p.m. Jan. 19 during a traffic stop at Division and County Line roads.
• A 28-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 1:39 a.m. Jan. 20 during a traffic stop at County Line Road and Fond du Lace Avenue.
Warrants
• A 22-year-old man was taken into custody on a West Bend warrant at 6:54 p.m. Jan. 16 during a traffic stop at N. Highway 41 South and County Line Road.
• A 32-year-old man was taken into custody on several Slinger warrants at 12:48 a.m. Jan. 18 in the W15000 block of Gettysburg Drive.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 25-year-old was arrested for operating while intoxicated-third offense at 11:21 p.m. Jan. 13 after rear-ending a semi-tractor in the N10000 block of Lannon Road.
Retail theft
• An 18-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd., at 10:22 a.m. Jan. 13.
• A 20-year-old man was taken into custody for retail theft Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 13.
Theft
• Several pieces of jewelry and cash were removed from a residence in the N9000 block of Wendy Lane, the homeowner reported Jan. 8.
• A vehicle was broken into at the Holiday Inn Express, W177 N9675 Riversbend Lane, during the overnight hours of Jan. 10-11.
• A vehicle was broken into at the Country Inn & Suites, W188 N11020 Maple Rd., during the overnight hours of Jan. 10-11.
• A vehicle was broken into at the Super 8 Motel, N96 W17490 County Line Rd., during the overnight hours of Jan. 10-11.
• A mailbox was removed from a residence in the W16000 block of Hawthorne Avenue during the overnight hours of Jan. 10-11.
Vandalism
• A female resident from the W16000 block of Hawthorne Drive reported Jan. 11 that her paper box had been pulled from its post.

• A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were taken into custody on drug violations at 11:10 p.m. Jan. 5 during a traffic stop at Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 23-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 3 during a traffic stop at Sylvan Circle and Pilgrim Road. The subject–who was also cited for operating after revocation–was placed in the county jail.
Motor vehicle theft
• A male complainant from the W15000 block of Rockfield Road reported Jan. 4 that his 1997 Jeep Cherokee had been stolen from his residence while he was on vacation.

• An 18-year-old man was taken into custody for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd., at 11:33 a.m. Jan. 4.
• A $1,400 night scope was removed from Gander Mountain, W190 N10768 Commerce Circle, a store representative reported Jan. 7.
Theft
• A snow plow was removed from First Choice Ingredients, N112 W19528 Mequon Rd., Jan. 2.
• A snow plow was taken from Naturescape, N114 W18686 Clinton Drive, Jan. 4.
• Auto ramps were removed from a driveway in the N10000 block of Commerce Circle Jan. 7.
Vandalism
• An unknown actor(s) damaged a mailbox and stole lawn decorations from a residence in the N10000 block of Carriage Avenue during the overnight hours of Jan. 1-2.

• A 28-year-old man was taken into custody on a West Bend warrant at 12:10 a.m. Jan. 3 after police responded to the report of a disturbance at a residence in he N11000 block of Western Avenue.
• A 20-year-old man was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant at 11:52 p.m. Jan. 4 during a traffic stop at County Line Road and Highway 41.
• A 41-year-old man was taken into custody on a Slinger warrant at 5:41 a.m. Jan. 7 during a traffic stop at Holy Hill Road and Highway 41.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 28-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated-drug related, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:21 p.m. Dec. 8 at Lannon and Mequon roads. She was also cited for operating while suspended-fifth offense and for a child safety seat violation.
• A 39-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-third offense at 2:27 a.m. Dec. 9 after he was observed stumbling out of Kwik Trip, W188 N10963 Maple Road. He was placed in the county jail.
• A 51-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated at 12:50 a.m. Dec. 10 during a traffic stop at Highway 41 and Lannon Road.
Retail theft
• Three female subjects–ages 44, 46, 52–were arrested for retail theft at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 5.
• A 24-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at 12:40 p.m. Dec. 10 at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd.
Warrant
• A 21-year-old woman was transported from Wauwatosa to the county jail on a Germantown warrant at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 4.
• A 25-year-old man was taken into custody on nine warrants–through Jackson and West Bend–at 12:11 a.m. Dec. 6 following a traffic stop at N. Highway 41 and Freistadt Road.
• A 23-year-old woman was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant at 6:31 p.m. Dec. 8 in the N10000 block of Appleton Avenue.

• A 15-year-old male student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for truancy at 12:01 p.m. Dec. 2.
Vandalism
• Two of a woman’s vehicles were “egged” in the N11000 block of Legend Avenue during the overnight hours of Dec. 3-4.

Domestic violence
• Two brothers, ages 21 and 26, were taken into custody for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 7:17 p.m. Nov. 24 after police responded to the report of the two men fighting outside of a residence in the W14000 block of Raintree Drive.
• Two men, ages 23 and 53, were taken into custody for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 3:03 a.m. Nov. 27 after they were involved in an altercation in the N9000 block of Colonial Drive. The 23-year-old was also arrested for bail jumping due to non-compliance with a no-drink order.
Drug possession
• A 20-year-old man and 18-year-old woman were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance at 4:17 p.m. Nov. 26 in the W15000 block of Sylvan Circle. The woman was found to have numerous warrants through the Mequon Police Department.
• A 20-year-old man–the passenger in a vehicle stopped at N. Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road–was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 26. The driver, a 23-year-old man, was taken into custody on two Greenfield warrants.
Municipal violation
• A 16-year-old girl was cited for cell phone use at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, at 3:11 p.m. Nov. 22.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 69-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 10:07 p.m. Nov. 21 following a traffic stop in the W20000 block of Brookside Drive.
• A 53-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated at 11 a.m. Nov. 24 after he was stopped for erratic driving at S. Highway 41 North and Holy Hill Road.
• A 30-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2:34 a.m. Nov. 26 following a traffic stop in the W18000 block of Mequon Road.
Retail theft
• A 20-year-old woman was taken into custody for retail theft at Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 4:31 p.m. Nov. 26. She was also found to have a warrant through the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.
Theft
• A woman reported the theft of her wallet Nov. 23 while she was working in the N9000 block of Rivercrest Drive. Investigation revealed that the victim’s credit card had been used at various locations.

• A 24-year-old man was cited for retail theft at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 19.
• A 21-year-old man was cited for retail theft at Walmart at 8:32 p.m. Nov. 19.

• A female shopper’s wallet was stolen at World Market, N96 W18970 County Line Rd., Nov. 17.
Vehicle break in
• Two vehicles parked in the W15000 block of Francese Drive were broken into Nov. 13. Nothing of value was removed.

• A 33-year-old man was taken into custody on two Wauwatosa warrants at 2:06 p.m. Nov. 14 in the N10000 block of Commerce Circle.

• A 20-year-old man was taken into custody for drug possession at 11:46 a.m. Nov. 10 in the W16000 block of Mequon Road.

• A 17-year-old male student of Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for possession of an electronic communication device at 3:09 p.m. Nov. 17.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 57-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense at 11:46 a.m. Nov. 10 following a traffic stop at S. Highway 41 South and Maple Road. He was also cited for operating after revocation.
Retail theft
• Two female subjects, ages 26 and 28, were cited for retail theft at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 10:12 p.m. Nov. 7. The 26-year-old was also cited for resisting/obstructing an officer.
• A 34-year-old woman was taken into custody for retail theft after leaving Walmart with a cart full of merchandise for which she had not paid.
• A 23-year-old woman was cited for retail theft at Walmart at 11:08 a.m. Nov. 9.
Theft
• A 53-year-old man was taken into custody for theft as a result of two incidents at Metals USA, N115 W18945 Edison Drive. Investigation revealed he had taken brass products from the company Nov. 4 and $1,741.09 worth of the items Nov. 8. Follow up will continue.
• Two vehicle doors were removed from outside a shop building in the N11000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue during the overnight hours of Nov. 11-12.

• A 26-year-old woman was transported from the Waukesha County Jail to the Washington County Jail on a Germantown warrant at 2:47 a.m. Nov. 6.

• A 26-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 5 during a traffic stop at N. Highway 41 and Friestadt Road.

• A male complainant reported that his 2006 GMC Sierra truck was stolen from the W16000 block of Main Street Nov. 2-3.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 50-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 1:55 a.m. Nov. 4 during a traffic stop at Park Avenue and Fond du Lac Avenue.
• A 23-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-drug related at 3:42 a.m. Nov. 7 after an employee at McDonald’s, N96 W17512 County Line Rd., reported an impaired driver at the drive-through. Police stopped the vehicle on Highway 175 and arrested the driver along with a 35-year-old male passenger on two body-only warrants through the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office.

• A 24-year-old woman was cited for retail theft at Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 6:18 p.m. Nov. 1.
• A 24-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd., at 3:50 p.m. Nov. 5.

• A 24-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 2:03 a.m. Oct. 25 during a traffic stop at Mequon Road and Country Aire Drive.
• A 33-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 3:27 a.m. Oct. 27 during a traffic stop on N. Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road.
• A 36-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 5:27 a.m. Oct. 27 in the W14000 block of Preserve Heights Court.
• A 22-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 30 in the W16000 block of Mequon Road.

• A 25-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at TJ Maxx, N96 W19000 County Line Rd., at 5:59 p.m. Oct. 27.

• A bicycle was stolen from the hallway of an apartment in the W15000 block of Vienna Court Oct. 23.
• A representative from Kasten Marine, N128 W21795 Holy Hill Rd., reported that items had been stolen from boats at the business Oct. 23-24.
• A registration sticker was removed from a license plate on a vehicle in the N11000 block of Hilltop Drive was Oct. 24.
• An i-Pod was stolen from the bag of an employee at Tec Star, W190 N11708 Moldmakers Way, Oct. 25.
• Two snowblowers were stolen from Sears Hardware, N96 W18650 County Line Rd., during the overnight hours of Oct. 29-30.
Underage alcohol
• A 17-year-old man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at 12:53 a.m. Oct. 28 after police responded to a noise complaint in the W15000 block of Montgomery Drive.
Warrant
• A 54-year-old woman was taken into custody on a Waukesha County warrant at 3:43 a.m. Oct. 31 in the W18000 block of Lilac Lane. She was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 52-year-old man from the N11000 block of Division Road reported at 9:13 p.m. Oct. 15 that his grown son was intoxicated and making threats toward him and his wife. The son was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence and the father was taken into custody on a body-only warrant through the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
• A 33-year-old man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 12:38 a.m. Oct. 16 making threats to kill his wife at a residence in the W13000 block of Donges Bay Road.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 22-year-old man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 3:04 a.m. Oct. 15 after he was stopped for speeding at Willow Creek Road and Appleton Avenue. A 19-year-old female passenger was cited for underage consumption of alcohol-second offense.
Retail theft
• Two men, ages 19 and 22, were arrested for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd., at 3:43 p.m. Oct. 17.
• A 32-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at 5:54 p.m. Oct. 18 after attempting to leave Pick ‘n Save, N112 W16200 Mequon Rd., without paying for a cart full of groceries. She was also found to have a Germantown warrant.
• A 28-year-old woman was taken into custody for retail theft at Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 3:53 p.m. Oct. 19.
• A man and woman, both 20, were cited for retail theft as a result of a retail theft at Speedway, W164 N11233 Squire Drive, Oct. 21. Investigation revealed the man had distracted the cashier while the woman stole numerous packs of cigarettes. A similar incident occurred Oct. 19.
Truancy
• A 17-year-old female student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for truancy Oct. 21.
Warrants
• A 34-year-old woman was taken into custody on a Hartford warrant at 4:11 p.m. Oct. 16 in the N11000 block of Legend Avenue.
• A 35-year-old man was taken into custody on a felony warrant for parole violation through Wisconsin Community Corrections at 9:55 p.m. Oct. 17 in the N11000 block of Armada Drive.

Child abuse/neglect
• A 44-year-old man from the N9000 block of Rivercrest Drive was taken into custody on a child abuse-related charge at 3:50 p.m. Oct. 6. The man’s 15-year-old daughter reported her father had struck her and kicked her out of the house.
Disorderly conduct
• A 25-year-old woman and her 47-year-old father were warned and advised for disorderly conduct after a verbal altercation in the N12000 block of Century Lane.
• A 47-year-old man was warned and advised for disorderly conduct at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 as a result of a verbal altercation with his mother in the W15000 block of Sylvan Circle.
Vandalism
• A female complainant reported Oct. 4 that an unknown actor had “keyed” her Pontiac GrandAm in the N10000 block of Shoshone Court.
Warrant
• A 28-year-old man was picked up from the Milwaukee County Jail, 949 N, 9th St., on a Germantown warrant at 7:23 p.m. Oct. 7. He posted bond and was released.

• A 30-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2:43 a.m. Oct. 9 during a traffic stop at N. Highway 41 and County Line Road. Police believed he had been in an accident prior to the stop, and he was treated for a head injury at Community Memorial Hospital.

• A woman from the N9000 block of Appleton Avenue reported Sept. 24 that two male suspects and one female suspect had pounded on the door of her residence and slashed the tires of her vehicle before fleeing the scene.

• A 33-year-old man was transported from the Milwaukee County Jail to the village police department on two Germantown warrants at 10:03 p.m. Sept. 29.

Burglary
•There have been four residential burglaries in the past four weeks in Germantown, police stated in a release issued Sept. 29.
The most recent burglary occurred between noon and 2:30 p.m. in the W14600 block of Lincoln Drive, with entry gained via a garage service door.
Two other burglaries occurred in the area of Wooded Hills and Wilson Circle Sept. 23. In those instances, it appeared the suspect(s) pried open doors to gain entry.
• A Johnson Electric job trailer was broken into at a job site in the N110 W13455 Patton Court Sept. 19.
Operating while suspended
• A 34-year-old man was cited for operating while suspended at 2:28 p.m. Sept. 19 in the W15000 block of Mequon Road.
Drug violations
• A 23-year-old woman was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a West Milwaukee warrant at 1:54 a.m. Sept. 21 at Western Avenue and Murrillo Drive. While in custody, the woman gave police a false name. She was conveyed to the Washington County Jail for obstructing and on a Greenfield warrant.
Retail theft
• A 42-year-old woman was taken into custody for retail theft at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, at 2:02 p.m. Sept. 23. Investigation revealed the woman had made fraudulent returns and also stole baby toys and toothbrushes.
• A 28-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Walmart at 2:52 p.m. Sept. 25.

• A male resident from the N10000 block of Hickory Drive reported Sept. 11 that an unknown actor had used a chemical spray to burn “666” into his front lawn.

• An 18-year-old man was taken into custody on a Wauwatosa warrant at 7:08 p.m. Sept. 12 at the police department, N112 W16877 Mequon Rd. The man was unable to post bail and was transported to the county jail.

Armed robbery
• Police are seeking a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred at BP gas station, N96 W21962 County Line Rd., at 3:46 p.m. Aug. 22. The suspect–described as a white male, 5’9” to 6’1”, of thin build, and wearing a baseball cap, dark shirt and blue jeans–implied an unknown weapon and fled with an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect vehicle–a red Jeep Cherokee–had been reported stolen to the Brown Deer Police Department and was later located in the Pick ‘n Save parking lot in Menomonee Falls. • A 46-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that occurred at 7:48 p.m. Aug. 15 in the N11000 block of Legend Avenue. The man caused a noise nuisance at the aforementioned residence and was then uncooperative with police.

• A license plate was stolen from a Gehl’s truck in the W15000 block of Main Street Aug. 15.

• An unknown suspect threw a rock through the window of a Just Drive driver’s education vehicle in the N9000 block of Rivercrest Drive Aug. 15.

The man–who was observed weaving and falling asleep at the wheel–was transported to Community Memorial Hospital for a blood draw. He was then taken to the county jail on a warrant through Milwaukee County.
• A 56-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-sixth offense at 11:12 p.m. July 15 at The Cracker Barrel, W176 N9778 Rivercrest Drive. Investigation revealed the man had entered the kitchen area acting disorderly, and that he had been involved in a hit-and-run accident on I-94 at Rawson Avenue earlier in the evening.
• A 25-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 3:03 a.m. July 16 in the N9000 block of Pilgrim Road.

• A 17-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting and on a West Bend warrant at 12:58 a.m. July 24 in the W17000 block of Holy Hill Road. After observing a green laser light pointed at a squad car, police investigated what turned out to be an underage drinking party at the above location. Numerous citations for underage alcohol consumption were issued.

• A 41-year-old man was taken into custody for obstructing at 6:20 p.m. May 11 at Doctor’s Pub, W201 N10466 Appleton Avenue. Police made contact with the man after he passed another vehicle at a high rate of speed prior to entering the tavern.

• Three male subjects left Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, without paying for car audio equipment May 11. The suspects fled in a vehicle in an unknown direction.
Theft
• A 2002 Great White semi-trailer was removed from Reindl Bindry, W194 N11381 McCormick Drive, the owner reported May 9.
• A wallet and GPS unit were removed from a vehicle in the N9000 block of Water Street May 14.
• Various items were removed from two vehicles at a residence in the W16000 block of Tippicanoe Court May 14.
Truancy
• A 15-year-old male student at Germantown High School, W180N11501 River Lane, was cited for habitual truancy-second offense May 13.
• A 16-year-old male student at Germantown High School was cited for habitual truancy-fifth offense May 13. The boy’s mother was cited for contributing to the truancy of a minor.
Use/possession of electronic device
• A 15-year-old male student at Germantown High School, W180N11501 River Lane, was cited for use/possession of electronic device May 13.
Warrant
• A 47-year-old woman was taken into custody on a Milwaukee County warrant at 9:10 p.m. May 9 following a traffic stop at N. Highway 41 and Maple Road.

• An unknown actor(s) attempted entry to Universal Collectibles, N116 W16076 Main St., a representative reported May 5. A window was broken, however, entry was not gained.
Domestic violence
• A 49-year-old man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct/domestic violence and reckless endangerment of safety at 1:17 a.m. May 8 in the N10000 block of Appleton Avenue. Investigation revealed the subject had threatened to kill a woman’s barking dog and held a knife one foot from the victim’s face. The man was also found to have a warrant through the Port Washington Police Department.
Drug violation
• A 39-year-old man was taken into custody on a drug violation at 11:43 p.m. May 4 following a traffic stop at North Highway 41 North and Holy Hill Road.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 38-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 2:08 a.m. May 4 following a traffic stop at Hilltop Drive and Mequon Road.
• A 29-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-third offense at 9:58 p.m. May 8 after he was stopped for erratic driving at North Highway 41 and County Line Road. He was also cited for a drug violation.
Retail theft
• A 26-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Rd., at 11:05 a.m. May 1.
Theft
• Various items were stolen from a vehicle in the W14000 block of Elmwood Drive May 1.
Trespassing
• A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody for trespassing at Sendik’s, N112 W15800 Mequon Rd., at 4:31 p.m. May 6.
Vandalism
• The tail lights and passenger window were smashed out a truck parked in the N9000 block of Chippewa Drive May 2.
• The windshield of a 2004 Hummer parked in a driveway in the N11000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue was shot with a projectile May 4.
• A man from the W15000 block of Potomac Circle reported May 5 that an unknown subject had attempted to cause an explosion in his mailbox using a chemical device. He told police this was the second time since March such an incident had occurred.

• A 29-year-old man was taken into custody on two Germantown warrants at 11:14 a.m. May 5 at the village police department, N112 W16877 Mequon Rd.
• A 21-year-old man was taken into custody on two Menomonee Falls warrants at 4:12 p.m. May 8 following a traffic stop at County Line Road and Amber Drive.

• An 18-year-old man–the passenger in a vehicle stopped in the W17000 block of County Line Road–was taken into custody on a drug violation at 7:13 p.m. April 24.
Motor vehicle theft
• Three male subjects–two 18-year-olds and one 17-year-old–were arrested for motor vehicle theft at 2:03 a.m. May 1 in the N9000 block of Quiet Creek Court. Investigation revealed the subjects stole the vehicle from Elmwood Drive and abandoned it after striking multiple mailboxes.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 49-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 10:35 p.m. April 25 after a caller reported an erratic driver near Division and County Line roads.
Theft
• An air compressor was stolen from a a vehicle parked in a driveway in the W16000 block of Concord Drive April 30.
• Fishing equipment was stolen from a vehicle in the W12000 block of Pioneer Road April 30.
• An envelope filled with cash was stolen a vehicle in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, April 30.
• Pieces of a fireplace chimney were stolen from the end of a driveway in the N9000 block of Butternut Road April 30.
Vandalism
• An unknown actor broke the front window of the Germantown post office, W156 N11301 Pilgrim Rd., April 29.
Warrants
• A 32-year-old man was transported by Milwaukee police to the Washington County Jail on two Germantown warrants at 5:47 p.m. April 27.
• An 18-year-old man was transported by Hales Corners police to the village police department on three Germantown warrants at 2:27 a.m. April 29.
• A 49-year-old man was transported by West Allis police to the village police department on a Germantown warrant at 5:57 a.m. April 30.

• A 27-year-old woman was arrested for battery at 11:21 p.m. April 23 after slapping another patron at Bub’s Irish Pub, N116 W16218 Main St. The 25-year-old woman driving the car in which the suspect was attempting to leave was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense.

• An 18-year-old male student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for disorderly conduct-second offense April 19.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 20-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 3:04 a.m. April 23 following a traffic stop at Squire Drive and Sylvan Circle. He was placed in the county jail on a 12-hour hold.
• A 69-year-old woman was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated at 11:45 p.m. April 22 after she was observed driving on a lawn near Beech Drive and Oak Lane.
Possession electronic device
• A 16-year-old female student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for possession of an electronic device on school property April 19.
Theft
• Two Weber grills were removed from the back area of GKN Sintered, N117 W18880 Fulton Drive, a company representative reported April 18.
• A female suspect stole two shirts from Embroid Me, W164 N11271 Squire Drive, store representatives reported at 1:58 p.m. April 20.
• A male victim reported April 23 that personal items were stolen from his two vehicles in the W16000 block of Chippewa Drive.

• Two teenage males were cited for drug violations at 11:40 p.m. April 16 after police responded to a complaint at a residence in the N11000 block of Windsor Court.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 53-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the N11000 block of Appleton Avenue at 2:36 a.m. April 12. Police responded to the area after a resident at the above address reported the subject was intoxicated and pounding on his door. As he was leaving the residence, the suspect struck the complainant’s vehicle.
• A 36-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2:05 a.m. April 15 following a traffic stop at Pilgrim Road and Hamilton Court.
• A 26-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2:11 a.m. April 16 in the N11000 block of Squire Drive.
Theft
• The owner of a 2005 Dodge Neon reported April 11 that an unknown actor had removed the car’s wheels while it was parked at Northwestern Extract Company, W194 N11250 McCormick Drive.
• Wood pallets valued at a total of $2,500 were stolen from Illing Corp., N114 W18937 Clinton Drive, during the overnight hours of April 12-13.

• A 16-year-old female student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for habitual truancy. Her mother was cited for contributing to the truancy of a minor.
