Domestic violence
• A male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct/battery, under the domestic law, at 12 a.m. Jan. 13 following a physical altercation with his wife in the N8000 block of Steven Mack Drive. Investigation revealed the man had been physically violent toward his wife that day and the previous day.
• A 49-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct/battery, under the domestic law, at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at a residence in the N8000 block of Hiawatha Avenue. Investigation revealed he had struck his son, age 17, several times in the face and head. The man was determined to be highly intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of .21.
• A 21-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for disorderly conduct/battery, under the domestic law, as a result of a physical altercation with his girlfriend in the W15000 block of Apple Valley Drive Jan. 20. Investigation revealed he had pushed her down the stairs.
Possession of a controlled substance
• A 39-year-old woman was arrested for possession of controlled substance-marijuana at 2:31 a.m. Jan. 29 during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road.
Retail theft
• Two subjects were arrested for retail theft at GNC, N95 W18373 County Line Rd., Jan. 26 after police responded to the report of a theft-in-progress around 2:03 p.m. The subjects were stopped and the stolen merchandise was located in their vehicle.
Theft
• A female subject reported that her purse had been stolen from her vehicle at Tri-County YMCA, N84 W17501 Menomonee Avenue,
Vandalism
• The street sign at the corner of Cherry Lane and Longwood Street was forcibly removed Jan. 20-23. The pole–which was uprooted–has since been redone.
Warrant
• A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant for operating while suspended at 12:27 a.m. Jan. 29 after she was stopped for a registration violation in the 8100 block of Highway 45.
• A 24-year-old man was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant at 2:04 a.m. Jan. 26 after police observed the man’s vehicle–which had fraudulent plates–in the parking lot of Woodman’s Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 45.
• A 49-year-old Colgate woman was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant for contempt of court at 8:19 a.m. Jan. 24 following a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Jacobson Drive.

Criminal damage to property
• An unknown actor(s) used black and red spraypaint to write profane statements on the Union Pacific Railroad at Main Street and Town Line Road Jan. 20-21.
• An unknown actor(s) used white spraypaint to write graffiti on the stop sign at Menomonee Manor Drive and Woodview Drive Jan. 19. Damage was estimated at $100.
Ignition interlock device violation
• A 57-year-old Bayside man was cited for an ignition interlock device violation at 2:24 p.m. Jan. 18 during a traffic stop at Main and Water streets.
Operating after revocation
• A 30-year-old man was arrested for operating after revocation-operating while intoxicated related and on an ignition interlock device violation at 11:40 p.m. Jan. 19 during a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Leon Road.
Retail theft
• An unknown male subject fled Walgreens, N83 W15701 Appleton Avenue, at 1:27 a.m. Jan. 23 without paying for a carton of cigarettes after his credit card was declined.
• Two suspects removed 32 bags of Diamond Crystal White Melt rock salt from C-Store, N48 W18028 Lisbon Rd., Jan. 23. The merchandise was valued at a total of $223.68.
Theft
• Four solar lights were removed from the ground adjacent to a driveway at a residence in the N7000 block of Northwood Drive during the overnight hours of Jan. 20-21. Three lights were stolen and one was damaged.
Warrant
• A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was transported from the Wauwatosa Police Department on a Menomonee Falls warrant for retail theft at 12 a.m. Jan. 21.

• A 36-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana at 12:19 a.m. Jan. 17 following traffic stop at Highway 41 and Main Street.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 22-year-old Lannon woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol content, both second offenses, at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 14 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Ridgewood Drive.
• A 35-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense at 12:40 a.m. Jan. 12 after he was stopped for speeding at Lannon Road and Silver Spring Drive.
Prowling
• Two male subjects, ages 22 and 24, were cited for prowling Jan. 12 after attempting to remove 30 pieces of copper pipe from a construction site in the W15000 block of Main Street.
Theft
• Purses were stolen from two vehicles broken into at the Tri-County YMCA, N84 W17501 Menomonee Avenue, Jan. 16.
• Metal was removed from a construction site in the W15000 block of Main Street Jan. 15.
• Four rims and tires were removed from a 2008 Chevrolet Impala at Ernie von Schledorn, N88 W14167 Main St., during the overnight hours of Jan. 9-10.
Warrants
• A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Greenfield warrant at 10:42 a.m. Jan. 16 after she was stopped for a traffic violation at St. Francis Drive and Appleton Avenue.
• A 40-year-old Hubertus man was taken into custody on three Menomonee Falls warrants at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 15 following a traffic stop at Fountain Boulevard and Commerce Drive.
• A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Greenfield warrant at 7:46 p.m. Jan. 14 after she was stopped for retail theft at Woodman’s Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 145. She was placed in the county jail.
Vandalism
• An unknown vehicle caused $500 in damage to the soccer fields at Oakwood Park, W143 N6889 Aspen Drive, Jan. 12-16.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 22-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol content at 11:44 p.m. Dec. 27 during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Mill Street. She was determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .14.
Possession of marijuana
• A male subject from the W16000 block of Main Street was taken into custody for possession of marijuana at 5:59 p.m. Dec. 27 after a complainant reported the odor of the substance at his apartment. Additional narcotics and drug paraphernalia were also found.
• A 22-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for possession of marijuana at 1:23 a.m. Dec. 27 after he was stopped at Silver Spring Drive and Ridgewood Drive for operating without a license plate. A baggie of the substance was located in his vehicle.
Resisting
• A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for resisting/obstructing at 11:56 a.m. Dec. 26 in the W18000 block of County Line Road. While being investigated as a suspicious subject, the man refused to provide police with his name and resisted arrest.
Retail theft
• A 77-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for retail theft at Walgreens, N83 W15701 Appleton Avenue, at 3:47 p.m. Dec. 28 after concealing cigarettes and pills in her purse.
Theft
• Two unlocked vehicles in the W13000 block of Harding Drive were entered Dec. 23. A wallet containing $12 in cash and various cards was stolen from one of the vehicles and a $2,500 camera was taken from the other vehicle.
• Two pieces of jewelry and $70 in cash were stolen from a residence in the N4000 block of Greenview Avenue Dec. 22-23. There are two suspects.
Warrant
• A 53-year-old Wauwatosa man was taken into custody on a Waukesha County warrant at 2:47 p.m. Dec. 28 while at Community Memorial Hospital, W180N8085 Town Hall Rd., for making suicidal statements.

Criminal damage to property
• The Christmas lights on three small deers were stolen from a yard in the W16000 block of Longwood Street Dec. 19.
• Two tires of a vehicle in the W13000 block of Leon Road were damaged Dec. 15-16.
Retail theft
• Two suspects removed two carts of merchandise without making payment from Woodman’s Food Market, N90 W17082 Appleton Avenue, at 12:53 a.m. Dec. 21. They fled in a vehicle; follow up will continue.
• A male suspect fled Falls BP Amoco, N71 W13161 Appleton Avenue, without paying for 15 boxes of cigars at 4:52 p.m. Dec. 18. He is a suspect in two other similar incidents.
Theft
• Four Firestone tires were removed from a vehicle at Falls Muffler & Alignment, N90 W17082 Appleton Avenue, Dec. 20. The tires were valued at $331.80.
Underage alcohol consumption
• A 19-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody for underage alcohol consumption at 6:11 p.m. Dec. 20 in the N8000 block of Manchester Drive. Police responded to the report of a subject who was in violation of his probation by consuming alcohol. The subject was found to have a blood alcohol level of .23.
Warrant
• A 33-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a body-only warrant for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 9:08 a.m. Dec. 22 in the W13000 block of Woodale Drive. She was placed in the county jail.

• A male subject was taken into custody for violation of absolute sobriety at 8:37 p.m. Dec. 9 during a traffic stop at Good Hope and Claas roads. He was also cited for underage alcohol consumption and open intoxicants.

• A male subject was cited for disorderly conduct, obstructing and underage consumption at 2:16 a.m. Dec. 11 after he was involved in an altercation at Griddler’s Cafe, N88 W16747 Appleton Avenue.
Drug possession
• A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled substance at 1:44 a.m. Dec. 11 after marijuana was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Garfield Drive.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 28-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 2:47 a.m. Dec. 13 after he was stopped for a traffic violation at Main Street and Appleton Avenue. He was placed in the county jail.
• A 31-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 11:26 p.m. Dec. 10 following a traffic stop in the 16700 block of Appleton Avenue. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol content and for unsafe lane deviation.
• A 30-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense at 1:18 a.m. Dec. 8 during a traffic stop at St. Francis Drive and Appleton Avenue. He was also booked on charges of operating after revocation-fifth offense and for failing to have installed a required interlock ignition device in his vehicle.
Theft
• Between 250 and 300 wooden pallets were stolen from Rj Schinner Co., Inc., N89 W14700 Patrita Drive, sometime between Dec. 9 and 12. The pallets were valued at $1,250.
Vandalism
• The driver’s side mirror of a 2010 Honda Accord was broken off in the W16000 block of Appleton Avenue Dec. 11.
• The rear windshield of a vehicle in the N9000 block of Fountain Boulevard was smashed Dec. 8.
Warrants
• A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office warrant Dec. 12 during a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Highway 41.
• A 27-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody on a Brown Deer warrant at 1:10 a.m. Dec. 10 during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Jacobson Drive.
• A 35-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody of a town of Brookfield warrant at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 11 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road.

Domestic violence
• A male subject was arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct at 6:51 p.m. Dec. 4 following a physical altercation with the mother of his child. Investigation revealed he had pushed the woman and pulled her hair at a residence in the W13000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.
Operating after revocation
• A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for operating after revocation and on an interlock ignition device violation at 5:13 p.m. Dec. 3 following a traffic stop st Silver Spring Drive and Pilgrim Road. The man’s passenger was cited for knowingly allowing the defendant to operate the vehicle in spite of his restrictions.
• A 17-year-old Menomonee Falls female was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 12:08 a.m. Dec. 3 after striking a mailbox in the N6000 block of Fillmore Drive. She was also cited for failing to notify police of an accident and for hit and run-property.
Theft
• Two Milwaukee men, ages 29 and 49, were arrested at 10:31 p.m. Dec. 1 for the theft of scrap metal from a business in the N5000 block of Continental Parkway. The 29-year-old–who provided a false name to police–was also cited for obstructing and was taken into custody on a Greenfield warrant.
• A hard-wired Qualcom GPS/tablet computer valued at $4,000 was stolen from a locked semi-trailer in the W16000 block of Park Boulevard during the overnight hours of Nov. 30-Dec. 1. At least two other vehicles in the are were also entered.
• An enclosed trailer was removed from the rear of Blair’s True Value, N48 W13530 Hampton Avenue, a representative reported Dec. 3.
Vandalism
• An unknown actor(s) used a rock to smash the front passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Kruger’s Entertainment Center, N87 W16471 Appleton Avenue, the evening of Dec. 4.

• A male subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 11:49 p.m. Nov. 23 after he was observed passed out in a vehicle in the W15000 block of Appleton Avenue.
• A 55-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 9:08 p.m. Nov. 18 after he was stopped at Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road for driving the wrong way on the divided highway.
• A male subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 1:29 a.m. Nov. 20 after he was stopped in the 15200 block of Main Street for driving with expired registration.
Possession of marijuana
• A 19-year-old Waukesha man and a 22-year-old Menomonee Falls woman were cited for possession of marijuana at 8:27 p.m. Nov. 24 in the N4000 block of Lilly Road.
Prowling
• A 55-year-old Menomonee Falls man was cited for prowling at 5:04 a.m. Nov. 27 in the W16000 block of Appleton Avenue. He was observed taking cans out of a garbage can at BP gas station and investigation revealed he had stolen a newspaper from Falls Dental Associates.
Retail theft
• A 23-year-old man was cited for retail theft at 12:43 a.m. Nov. 19 at Woodman’s Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 145.
Vandalism
• The rear window of 2004 GMC Envoy was smashed out in the W14000 block of Wigwam Drive Nov. 23-24.
Warrants
• A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Glendale warrant at 6:49 p.m. Nov. 27 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Badger Drive.
• A 39-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Waukesha County warrant at 1:11 a.m. Nov. 28 during a traffic stop at Main Street and Hoyt Drive.
• A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Butler warrant at 8:49 p.m. Nov. 25 during a traffic stop at Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Drive.

Bail jumping
• A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody for bail jumping at 9:49 p.m. Nov. 15 in the W15000 block of Menomonee Avenue. An investigation revealed the woman had violated a no-contact order with a female subject and her children. The subject was transported to the county jail.
Disorderly conduct
• A 53-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 9:28 p.m. Nov. 20 following an altercation with his girlfriend’s adult son in the W17000 block of Menomonee Avenue. Investigation revealed the man had grabbed, pushed and punched the victim.
Heroin possession
• A 22-year-old Jackson was found to be in possession of heroin and related paraphernalia when police reported at 5 p.m. Nov. 17 to a possible overdose situation in the N73000 block of Westwood Drive.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 54-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 2:05 a.m. Nov. 15 following a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Town Line Road. The subject–who was determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .14–was also cited for his second offense of operation a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content.
Theft
• A male suspect was arrested for the theft of scrap metal from a business in the W14000 block of Patrita Drive Nov. 17.
• A shopper’s purse was stolen from her cart at Kohl’s Department Store, N95 W18000 Appleton Avenue, the woman reported at 3:25 p.m. Nov. 18.
Traffic offense
• A 32-year-old Janesville man was cited following a traffic situation around 9 a.m. Nov. 18. Investigation revealed the man had cut off another vehicle near Lisbon Road and Greenview Avenue.
Vandalism
• An unknown actor(s) used black permanent marker to write profane words on the playground equipment at Grace Lutheran Church/School, N87 W16173 Kenwood Blvd. Damage was estimated at $300.
Warrant
• A 69-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on four warrants–three through Elm Grove and one through Brown Deer–at 9:46 p.m. Nov. 19 during a traffic stop at Good Hope Road and Country Lane.

Domestic violence
• A 37-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 7:59 p.m. Nov. 7 after physically attacking his wife at their residence in th W17000 Apple Tree Court.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 57-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 9:19 p.m. Nov. 10 after he was stopped for erratic driving in the 17200 block of Lisbon Road. An intoximeter determined the man had a blood-alcohol level of .08.
Theft
• An Apple iPhone 4S was stolen from outside a racquetball court at Tri-County YMCA, N84 W17501 Menomonee Avenue, Nov. 11.
• Scrap metal and old power equipment was removed from a trailer in the N9000 block of Highway 145 Nov. 8.
• A purse was stolen from a vehicle at Tri-County YMCA Nov. 6. Entry was gained by smashing a window.
Warrant
• A 27-year-old woman was taken into custody on four Grafton warrants at 2:17 p.m. Nov. 10 following a traffic stop at Highway 41 and Pilgrim Road.
• A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Germantown warrant at 10:38 a.m. Nov. 4 following a traffic stop at Highway 41 and Main Street.

Battery
• A male suspect was arrested for battery at 11:31 a.m. Oct. 25 following an altercation with a husband and wife at the Menomonee Falls Food Pantry, N85 W15382 Menomonee River Parkway. Investigation revealed the subject had attempted to cut ahead of the couple in line and then threw punches at them.
Drug possession
• A 41-year-old woman from the W16000 block of Main Street was arrested on drug possession charges Oct. 24 after investigation revealed she had a marijuana growing system in her apartment. Police discovered this when the woman came into the police department to report a domestic violence situation with her boyfriend. In the course of the interview, the woman disclosed to police that she had the marijuana grow at her residence.
Probation violation
• A 28-year-old man was taken into custody on a probation violation at 2:47 a.m. Oct. 28 after he was found to be intoxicated at Good to Go Citgo, N88 W15167 Main St. He was placed in jail.
Theft
• A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft, trespassing and possession of marijuana at 3:23 p.m. Oct. 29 after he was discovered removing coiled wire from along the railroad tracks in the 5800 block of Lilly Road.
• A GPS unit was removed from a vehicle parked at Whiskey Corners, W220 N6410 Town Line Rd., Oct. 26. The perpetrator gained entry by breaking the passenger side window.
• A 128mb Sony memory stick was removed from a wallet in an unlocked vehicle in the N8000 block of Madison Avenue Oct. 23.
Warrants
• A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on two body-only warrants through the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 27 during a traffic stop at HIghway 41 and Main Street.

Absolute sobriety
• A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for violation of absolute sobriety at 1:16 a.m. Oct. 23 after he was stopped for operating without headlamps in the W15000 block of Appleton Avenue. A male passenger was cited for underage alcohol consumption and a female passenger was cited for underage consumption and curfew violation. A 19-year-old male passenger was taken into custody on a Slinger warrant.
Criminal damage to property
• A 35-year-old man was taken into custody for criminal damage to property-domestic violence related at 5:06 p.m. Oct. 20 after causing a disturbance at his parents’ home in the W17000 block of Wilson Drive. The subject–who was intoxicated–broke several objects and caused his parents to fear for their safety. He was placed in the county jail.

• A 37-year-old Menomonee Falls man–the passenger in a vehicle stopped at Good Hope Road and Northwood Drive–was taken into custody on a Washington County warrant at 9:50 a.m. Oct. 18.
Disorderly conduct
• A 19-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:26 p.m. Oct. 17 after causing a disturbance by yelling and swearing in front of a residence in the N8000 block of Manchester Drive.
Domestic violence
• A 40-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence as a result of an altercation with his wife Oct. 17 at their residence in the W13000 block of Ranch Road. Investigation revealed the man had pushed his wife against the wall and made threats that caused her to fear for her safety.
• A 31-year-old man was arrested on a domestic violence-related charge at 10 a.m. Oct. 22 following an altercation with his girlfriend at a residence in the 13000 block of Bonnie Lane. Investigation revealed he had assaulted the woman and used a claw hammer to damage her vehicle.
Theft
• A male victim reported Oct. 23 that his wallet had been stolen from his unlocked locker at YMCA, N84 W17501 Menomonee Avenue. The wallet contained $153 in cash and a debit card that was subsequently used at two area gas stations.
• A trailer hitch was removed from a van in the W16000 block of Appleton Avenue Oct. 22.

• Eighteen cast iron drainage grates were removed from Bake Marks, N92 W14401 Anthony Avenue, Sept. 16-Oct. 10.
• Six cast iron drainage grates valued at $450 each were stolen from Auto Quip, N57 W13430 Reichert Avenue, Oct. 7-8.
• Two male suspects were taken into custody for the theft of scrap metal at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 9 after they were observed removing the metal from a dumpster in the W13000 block of Main Street.
Warrants
• A 32-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Glendale warrant at 5:58 p.m. Oct. 14 during a traffic stop at Main Street and Rozanne Drive. He was also cited for operating while suspended and expired registration. The man posted bond and was released.
• A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Menomonee Falls warrant for suspended registration at 1:52 p.m. Oct. 13 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Campbell Drive. He posted bond and was released.
• A 24-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was taken into custody on a warrant for expired registration during a traffic stop at Main and Water streets at 8:46 p.m. Oct. 8. She posted bond and was released.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 19-year-old Brookfield man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 5:33 p.m. Oct. 6 at Lannon and Lisbon roads. The man was stopped after a fellow motorist reported an erratic driver. The subject was determined to be under the influence of prescription drugs.
• A 26-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 11:55 p.m. Oct. 4 after he was stopped for failing to obey a traffic sign at Appleton Avenue and Garfield Drive. An intoximeter determined he had a blood-alcohol level of .17.
Retail theft
• A 26-year-old Slinger man was cited for retail theft at 7:08 p.m. Oct. 5 after attempting to return stolen items to Pick ‘n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Rd.
• Three suspects fled Kohl’s Department Store, N95 W18000 Appleton Avenue, with two carts filled with merchandise at 3:56 p.m. Oct. 6. Follow up will continue.
Theft
• An unknown actor stole $5,500 worth of mass collections from St. Mary Catholic Church, N89 W16297 Cleveland Avenue, during the overnight hours of Oct. 2-3. Follow up will continue.

• A 28-year-old Cedarburg man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 7:14 p.m. Sept. 17 after he was stopped for expired registration at Pilgrim and County Line roads. An intoximeter determined he had a blood-alcohol content of .11.
• A 20-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol content at 12:37 a.m. Sept. 18 after he was stopped for speeding at Main Street and Highway 145. An intoximeter determined he had a blood-alcohol content of .13. The passenger–a 17-year-old girl–was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
• A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense at 11 p.m. Sept. 15. Police attempted to stop the man in the 12400 block of Highway 41, however, he refused to yield. Police followed him to his residence in Milwaukee and arrested him. The man was placed in the county jail on a probation hold.

• A utility trailer was removed from Highway 41 and Pilgrim Road Sept. 17.
Vandalism
• Two unknown juvenile males were observed vandalizing the stone foundation of the gazebo and the asphalt patch at Village Park, N87 W17001 Garfield Drive, Sept. 17. Black spraypaint was used to create obscene drawings and write profane language.
• Two Fast Signs vehicles were vandalized in the business parking lot, N91 W17271 Appleton Avenue, during the overnight hours of Sept. 15-16.
• An unknown subject scratched a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu in the W14000 block of Appleton Avenue Sept. 4. Damage was estimated at $200.

• A female subject was arrested for minor transporting intoxicants at 3:26 a.m. Sept. 11 during a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Highway 41.
• A 54-year-old woman was taken into custody on a drug violation at 4:04 p.m. Sept. 10. A male caller reported that a female driver was “huffing” dust remover in his driveway. The woman left and was taken into custody at her residence in the N7000 Menomonee Manor Court. She was continuing to “huff” in her car and three cans of dust remover were found in her vehicle.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 33-year-old was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 7 during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and County Line Road. An intoximeter determined the man to have a blood-alcohol level of .15.
• A 47-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense and OWI-passenger under 16 at 11:27 p.m. Sept. 1 during a traffic stop at Main Street and Hoyt Drive. An intoximeter determined the man to have a blood-alcohol level of .15. The passenger–a 46-year-old Milwaukee woman–was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after two crack pipes were found in her purse.
• A 29-year-old Greendale man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 11:41 p.m. Sept. 4 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Badger Drive.
Theft
• A 55-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody for theft at 5:27 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 16400 block of Appleton Avenue after he was observed removing a paid newspaper from the front of a business.
• A total of $400 has been removed from Architectural Custom Metals, N54 W13852 Woodale Drive, between June 1 and Sept. 7.
• A total of $3,000 worth of scrap metal was removed from Utecht Tool & Mfg., Inc., N55 W13787 Oak Lane, a representative reported Sept. 3.

• A 38-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence and criminal damage to property at 8:36 p.m. Aug. 13 following an altercation with her boyfriend, 43, in the N6000 block of Marcy Road. Investigation revealed she had struck the victim several times and broke a window at the above residence. The subject–who was combative with police during the arrest–was transported to the Waukesha County Jail on a state resisting charge and a probation violation.
• A 21-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 12:10 p.m. Aug. 1 in the W15000 block of Menomonee Avenue following an altercation with her domestic partner, also 21.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 29-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 12 after he was stopped for suspended registration at Ann Avenue and Dardis Avenue. The man–who was behaving in an erratic manner–was found to be in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Possession of synthetic substance
• A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of synthetic marijuana at 10:46 p.m. Aug. 9 at his residence in the W18000 block of Seneca Drive. Police responded to the scene after the boy’s parents reported their son was “high.” When officers arrived, the parents turned over a bag of the substance known as “K2.”

• Two male suspects fled Marathon gas station, N48 W14738 Lisbon Rd., at 1:06 a.m. Aug. 14 without paying for four boxes of cigars.

• An LG Banter Touch phone was stolen from a shopper at Woodman’s Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 145, between 9 and 10 p.m. Aug. 12.
• A female shopper at Woodman’s Food Market reported the theft of her wallet at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 11.
• Metal ladders jacks, copper downspout elbows, conductor scraps and other items were removed from a property in the W18000 block of Silver Spring Drive Aug. 4-7. The items were valued at $920.

• A 17-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody for obstructing at 2:52 a.m. July 17 after giving police a false name during a field interview stop at Summit Drive and Shepherd Drive. A search of his wallet revealed a small baggie of marijuana. The subject was also cited for possession of a controlled substance and underage consumption, as marijuana was found in his wallet and he admitted to consuming vodka.

• A 32-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-third offense at 2:50 a.m. July 17 during a traffic stop at Manor Hills Boulevard and Bay Ridge Lane.
• An 18-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense and possession of a controlled substance at 7:59 p.m. July 16 after he was stopped for speeding in the 12400 block of Westbrook Crossing.

• A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody for resisting and obstructing at 6:31 a.m. July 21 during a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Highway 41. After the woman was stopped she was unable to provide a photo identification and gave police her mother’s name.

• A 19-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana at 12:25 a.m. July 9 during a traffic stop at Sunset Ridge and Ann Avenue.
Possession of explosive device
• A New Berlin man and a Menomonee Falls man, both 18, were booked on two state charges of possession of an improvised explosive. Investigation revealed the men had detonated a “works” bomb at 12:55 a.m. July 5 near Hidden Meadow Drive and Hidden Way Drive.

• Five metal tilt scrap containers were stolen from a back storage area at Utecht Tool & Manufacturing, Inc., N55 W13787 Oak Lane, June 21-July 8. Fifty pieces of stock steel were removed from the business during the overnight hours of July 7-8.
• A camper valued at $3,000 was removed from a driveway in the W15000 block of Bette Drive during the overnight hours of June 30-July 1.
Vandalism
• An unknown actor(s) used black spraypaint to write a derogatory message about police officers on a dumpster enclosure in the W15000 block of Main Street.

Investigation revealed the woman had been the striking vehicle in a hit-and-run incident Milwaukee and had been observed driving erratically as she returned to her residence.

• A male suspect was observed removing an acoustic guitar from a display case at Salvation Army, N89 W16895 Appleton Avenue, June 17. He fled southbound on Appleton Avenue in a van.
• Two suspects fled Walgreens, N56 W15501 Silver Spring Drive, with baby formula concealed in a car seat June 17.
Theft
• Two stocked tackle boxes were removed from a garage in the N8000 block of Esquire Road June 9-11.
• An Eastern Bike Company BMX bicycle was stolen from a residence in the W15000 block of Cleveland Avenue June 15.
• A Coach bag was stolen from a vehicle in the W15000 block of Appleton Avenue June 16. Entry was gained through a smashed rear passenger side window.

• Two Milwaukee men, ages 23 and 25, were cited for soliciting without a permit after they were observed selling cleaning products door-to-door near Juniper Lane and Jackson Drive June 8. When questioned, they initially misled police about their activities which resulted in an obstructing charge.
Theft
• A Craftsman cordless drill was stolen from a yard in the N8000 block of Hilltop Drive June 9. The owner of the drill told police he had left the object on his lawn for 15-20 minutes.
• A Garmin Nuvi 3000 global positioning system unit and Apple i-Phone charger were removed from a a vehicle in the N8000 block of Destiny Drive May 30-31.
Vandalism
• The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office reported to village police June 10 the presence of graffiti on the east and west walls of the train bridge at Town Line Road and Main Street. Graffiti was also discovered on the paved center underneath the bridge.
• The rear window of a 1989 Oldsmobile Delta parked at the Salvation Army, N89 W16895 Appleton Avenue, was smashed out June 10.
Warrant
• A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was taken into custody on a Watertown warrant for obstructing at 9:46 p.m. June 11 during a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Premier Lane.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 54-year-old woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 11:50 a.m. May 30 in the W14000 block of Appleton Avenue. Employees of Cousin’s Subs reported the woman “huffing” at the restaurant drive-through and when officers located her at her residence she was disoriented and determined to be under the influence of some type of substance.
• A 63-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 8:57 p.m. May 22 in the W15000 block of Silver Spring Drive.
• A 23-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 5:18 a.m. May 29 after police made contact with him as he changed a flat tire at Mill Street and Appleton Avenue. The man was determined to have a blood alcohol level of .27.
• A 32-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-third offense at 12:18 a.m. May 29 after striking a fire hydrant at Dardis Avenue and Jacobson Drive and fleeing the scene.
Prowling
• A 23-year-old man was cited for prowling at 4:52 a.m. June 4 after unlawfully entering a residence in the N6000 block of Fairview Drive. Police responded to the report of a home invasion and located the man at the corner of Lannon Road and Fairview Drive.
Theft
• A Garmin 1300 global positioning unit system valued at $310 was removed from a vehicle in the W18000 block of Menomonee Avenue during the overnight hours of May 30-31.
• Electronic devices and clothing items were stolen from several vehicles in the parking lot of the Wooded Hills Condominium complex, N80 W12920 Fond du Lac Avenue, during the overnight hours of May 25-26.
Vandalism
• An officer on patrol observed four blue horizontal lines drawn on a stop sign on Claas Road at Daylily Drive during the evening hours of June 4. Similar graffiti was observed on a sign at Mill Ridge Drive and Mill Road.
• The passenger side tires of a 2000 Volkswagen Passat were slashed in the W15000 block of Roosevelt Drive during the overnight hours of May 27-28.
Warrants
• A 47-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a West Milwaukee warrant at 4:41 p.m. June 4 during a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road.
• A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Mukwonago warrant at 3:45 p.m. June 2 after he was stopped for speeding at Silver Spring Drive and Technology Drive.

Drug possession
• A 30-year-old woman was taken into custody for possession of marijuana at 4:16 p.m. May 22 following a traffic stop at Woodland Drive and Terrace Drive. Police stopped the woman for a traffic violation and detected the odor of marijuana. The woman was then taken to Community Memorial Hospital for a blood draw.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 48-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated May 25 following a traffic stop in the W15000 block of Highway Kings. The man was found to have a blood-alcohol level of .23.
Retail theft
• A male subject was cited for retail theft at 6:19 p.m. May 23 after shoplifting $12.45 in merchandise from Walgreens, N83 W15701 Appleton Avenue.
Theft
• A handgun and digital camera were removed from a vehicle parked at Uno’s Chicago Grill, W180 N9455 Premier Lane, May 26.
Theft from vehicle
• An in-dash stereo, an i-Pod and $150 in cash were removed from an unlocked vehicle in the W12000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue during the overnight hours of May 25-26.
• Various items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the W12000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue during the overnight hours of May 25-26.
• An i-Pod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the W13000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue May 26.
• An i-Pod was removed from a vehicle in a driveway in the W17000 block of Lee Place May 26.
• Cash and a global positioning system unit were stolen from two vehicles in a driveway in the W17000 block of Lee Place May 26.
Warrants
• A 26-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody on a St. Francis warrant at 3:55 p.m. May 25 following a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Highway 41.
• A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Menomonee Falls warrant at 1:24 a.m. May 24 following a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Capitol Drive.
• A 25-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a Greenfield warrant at 11:58 p.m. May 21 after police responded to a noise complaint at a residence in the W13000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

• A male subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense after he was stopped for speeding at 2:04 a.m. May 19 at Appleton Avenue and Fleet Avenue. He was determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .15.
Theft
• One hundred and seventy steel light holders–weighing in at 3,000 pounds and valued at $15,000–were removed from a business in the W16000 block of Ridgewood Drive during the overnight hours of May 19-20.
• An Apple i4 cell phone with case was stolen from an employee area of Kohl’s Credit Center, N54 W13600 Woodale Drive, May 16. The items were valued at $650.
• A couple is facing state charges of theft as a result of an incident at the Tri-County YMCA, N84 W17501 Menomonee Avenue, May 19. Investigation revealed a 31-year-old man and his 30-year-old fiancee stole a patron’s purse from the establishment. The purse was recovered and returned to its owner. The man was arrested for theft and the woman for theft-party to a crime and on an Elm Grove warrant for retail theft.
• An i-Pod Touch, Canon Powershot camera, memory card and ear buds were stolen from a vehicle in the W14000 block of Ash Drive during the overnight hours of May 14-15.
• A cell phone charger and ear buds were removed from a vehicle in the W14000 block of Ash Drive during the overnight hours of May 14-15.
• A cell phone and wallet containing cash and various cards were stolen from a vehicle in the W14000 block of Oxford Court during the overnight hours of May 14-15.
• An Apple i-Pod Nano and charger were stolen from a vehicle in the N6000 block of Ash Drive during the overnight hours of May 14-15.
• A set of Auvio headphones was removed from a vehicle in the N6000 block of Ash Drive during the overnight hours of May 14-15.
• A wallet containing various credit cards was removed from a vehicle in the N8000 block of Honey Lane May 13-15.
Vandalism
• The rear passenger-side fender of a 2001 Dodge Dakota was “keyed” in the W15000 block of Appleton Avenue May 16-17.
Warrants
• A 25-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a Greenfield warrant at 11:58 p.m. May 21 in the W13000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.
• A 21-year-old Germantown woman was taken into custody on two Menomonee Falls warrants at 9:29 p.m. May 21 after she was stopped for speeding in the W16000 block of Appleton Avenue.
