A 200 stall surface parking lot is being proposed on land at the northeast corner of Town Hall Road and Custer Lane, according to a Menomonee Falls village staff report prepared for the July 13 Plan Commission meeting.
The request is being made by Ryan Companies on behalf of Community Memorial Hospital. The staff report states that “Community Memorial Hospital has an immediate need for 200 parking stalls and this first phase is designed to serve that purpose.”
According to the staff report, the second phase of the project will be submitted in the winter of 2010 and will address building plans and the build-out of the parking area. 
The proposed parking lot would have access onto Town Hall Road and align with the northern access point to the hospital, according to the staff report.
A conditional use permit would have to be approved by the Village Board for the project to proceed. The item will be before the Plan Commission for an initial appearance.
