The following report was taken from records at the West Bend Police Department.

Bail jumping
• A 48-year-old West Bend man was taken into custody on a probation violation at 11:58 p.m. July 7 after he was observed consuming alcohol–which was a violation of his probation conditions–at an establishment in the 100 block of N. Main Street.
• A 17-year-old West Bend boy was arrested for bail jumping and obstructing at 9:30 p.m. July 11 in Regner Park. After the subject was observed trespassing in the park, he fled the scene and was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.

Burglary
• An unknown actor(s) forced entry into Decorah Elementary School, 1225 Sylvan Way, during the overnight hours of July 9-10. Nothing appeared to be missing.
• A male complainant reported that an unknown actor(s) had entered his garage in the 1000 block of Auburn Road and removed 28 cans of beer during the overnight hours of July 8-9.

Disorderly conduct
• A 24-year-old West Bend man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 8 p.m. July 12 following an altercation with an individual in the 700 block of Imperial Court.
• A 20-year-old West Bend man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 3 p.m. July 12 following an altercation with an individual in the 1000 block of Summer Street.
• A 23-year-old West Bend woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at 8 p.m. July 11 after causing a disturbance at Regner Park.
• Two 16-year-old West Bend boys received warnings at 11 p.m. July 11 after they were observed throwing water balloons at passing vehicles in the 500 block of S. Main Street.

Forgery
• A 20-year-old West Bend woman was arrested for forgery-uttering and a 19-year-old West Bend man was arrested for forgery-party to a crime July 13 as a follow up to an incident that occurred earlier this month in the 500 block of Crocus Court.

Operating while intoxicated
• A 16-year-old West Bend girl was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 2 a.m. July 13 following a traffic stop in the 800 block of S. Main Street.

Retail theft
• A 16-year-old Random Lake boy was cited for retail theft at 2:28 p.m. July 9 at Shopko, 1710 S. Main St.

Theft
• Money and cigarettes were stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of Weslyn Court during the overnight hours of July 6-7.
• Various items were removed from a vehicle in the 400 block of Hargrove Street during the overnight hours or July 8-9.
• A 19-year-old West Bend man was arrested for theft and identity theft July 13 after investigation revealed the man had stolen checks from a vehicle in the 600 block of Water Street earlier this month.

Unlawful use of phone
• A 53-year-old West Bend man was cited for unlawful use of a phone July 8 after repeatedly making harassing phone calls to an individual in the 1000 block of Shepherds Drive.
